job purpose:
lead china channel sales team developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and service goals, and to position allegion as preferred hardware solution provider in target vertical markets and cities.
accountabilities:
- channel management and development with frequent customer visit to understand customer and market needs to provide strategic input on new product development.
- achieve weekly & monthly sales target according to company requirement, forecast and execute effectively.
- implement company’s price policy and control the cost of sales and accounts receivable.
- responsible for the analysis and management of rivals and partners.
