· overall leading the planning team to drive the efficiency and effectiveness of integrated business planning to optimize forecast accuracy, order fulfillment, inventory planning and dc capacity planning, meanwhile to reduce all carrying logistics costs.
1. develop and deploy ibp strategies, measures, projects and action plans to support sustainable business growth for all channels (retail, franchisee and e-commerce, etc.)
2. develop and lead the monthly ibp meeting, engaging sales, merchandising planning, allocation, finance and supply chain functions, to drive business decisions in open-to-buy plan, inbound, outbound, returns, aging products and balance of dc inventories
3. work closely with sales team to obtain and understand the 3-year and one-year business plan and target, and translate the target into the long-term supply chain plan by dc by month
4. work with sales team for a rolling forecast, translate the forecast to a monthly demand plan and get alignment with sales, merchandising, allocation/inventory management and supply chain teams
5. work closely with merchandising planning team to understand the quarterly open-to-buy strategies, plan and product assortment and build this into the demand and supply plans
6. work closely with allocation & inventory planning team to optimize the current process of allocation, outbound, returns and continuously drive the efficiency of inventory turns, liquidation of aging products and reduction of returns from all channels
7. guide demand planning team and order management team to run the monthly and weekly inbound and outbound planning as well as the balance of inventory at dc level
8. input to omni-channel supply network design before and beyond 2020 to support fast business growth
9. benchmark with the market leading players, learn, innovate and reapply the best planning practices to improve our planning efficiency, effectiveness and competitiveness

qualifications:

3. strong skills in cross functional leadership, influence and communication
4. at least 8 years working experience in multinational sportwear or fashion company and at least 5 years at management level
5. bachelor degree or above with full-time university study. mba degree is a surplus.
